Kate & Marlee's Sunday at the Park

Just catching up on some blog posts.

I had just gotten back from Chicago and Kate, Nicki and I went to our favorite little Ladera park. We happened upon our friends and neighbors Jeff and Nicole and their daughter Marlee. Marlee and Kate are fast friends, as you can tell with their matching pink convertible buggies.

And when it was time to say goodbye, there were tears from Katie.

Kids in matching buggies:

Enough to save that photo for when they get matching convertibles as young women.

Kids playing nicely in a park:

Enough to make you think about your youth and that era gone by....just watch out when one decides to cut the other's hair (I recall doing that with my best friend, Ann).

Kids crying when they part:

Makes me wonder what it'll be like when they get cell phones....

Dad who is a photographer:

Priceless (to be able to capture these memories for all of us).

Love,
Peggy :-)
